La Mixteca 2 is now open at 13423 New Hampshire Ave. in Colesville, taking over the space that was previously home to Quench Craft Beer & Wine. Quench operated at the location for 15 years before closing in October 2025.
La Mixteca Grocery is a neighborhood Mexican and Latino market offering specialty ingredients for Mexican, Central American and South American cooking, along with fresh produce, everyday grocery items and an onsite butcher counter.
The Colesville store is La Mixteca Grocery’s second location. Its original store is located at 13623 Georgia Ave. in Aspen Hill.
