Rockville

We are in the heart of Rockville, Maryland, and have been here for over 5 years.  Our gym has an open and inviting layout (rather than crammed with exercise machines).

We focus on quality over quantity in our classes – which is why our clients keep returning. Our tight-knit community feeds off one another and is constantly building each other up. If you’re on the search for a group of people who will cheer you on and hold you accountable with your long-term health goals, you’ve found the right place.

Education

On Friday, January 24th, MCPS will hold its 12th annual historically black colleges and universities (HBCU) college fair (6pm-8pm) with on the spot admission interviews from 3:30pm-8pm.

This free event will provide students in Grades 8–12 an opportunity to meet representatives from more than 60 HBCUs. Representatives will share information and answer questions from students and parents about admissions, financial aid, testing, majors and much more. Online registration is required to attend. This is a great opportunity to start your college search!

Restaurant

Last week we were informed by several customers that The Cuban Corner in Rockville (825 Hungerford Dr. in Saah Plaza) was closed without explanation.

Readers told us that online ordering was working (orders were not completed) and the phone would ring, but that the restaurant was actually closed.

Bethesda

Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza is opening in the the old Community location at 7776 Norfolk Ave in Bethesda on Wednesday, January 29th.
