Montgomery County Police are investigating a fatal hit and run that occurred early this morning on Viers Mill Rd in Wheaton-Glenmont that involved an Acura TL. Police are also investigating a separate fatal collision involving a pedestrian that occurred on Friday, April 5 in Colesville that also involved an Acura.

Montgomery County Police have released additional information regarding a fatal collision involving a pedestrian that occurred on Friday, April 5 in Colesville.
Signage that reads “MoCo is finally getting out [sic] own… Aloha Poke Co” is up at 800 Pleasant Dr. #100 in Rockville’s King Farm neighborhood. This will be the Chicago-based poke restaurant’s first Maryland location.
Last month, we reported that the contents from Bamboo Buffet (2010 Veirs Mill Rd) were up for sale through a listing by Capital Online Auctions. Items included kitchen equipment, refrigerators, plates/glassware, dining furniture, and dozens of miscellaneous restaurant items. The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) has announced that officers at Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport stopped a Virginia man from carrying a handgun onto a flight on Saturday, March 30. The .40 caliber gun was loaded with 12 bullets. (more…)
