MDTA POLICE SEEKING INFORMATION IN EARLY-MORNING FATAL PEDESTRIAN CRASH ON ICC (Contact the ICC Detachment at 410-537-6905) — At approximately 3:20 a.m. on Tuesday, November 16, the Maryland Transportation Authority (MDTA) Police responded to a crash involving a pedestrian on the westbound Intercounty Connector (ICC)/MD 200, prior to Georgia Avenue. Officers located an adult male victim, who was deceased at the scene.

DC Mayor Muriel Bower announced today that beginning Monday, November 22, DC will lift its indoor mask mandate.
Masks will still be required in public schools, Government buildings, on public transportation, and when they are required by private businesses.
A street worker was struck in front of Maple Ave and Tulip Ave this morning in Takoma Park.
The victim was evaluated for injuries and taken to a local hospital according to Chief Spokesperson for Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Pete Piringer.
