Detectives from the Gaithersburg Police Department – Investigative Section have arrested 26-year-old Mone Herndon of Washington D.C., 26-year-old Shawn Stewart of Washington D.C., 18-year-old Precious Spivey of Washington D.C., and a 17-year-old of Washington D.C. for felony theft related charges.
