Ride On to Offer Free Shuttle to Montgomery College Germantown Vaccination Site Beginning Today

In addition to the announcement yesterday that Ride On fares will continue to be suspended for the next few months, Ride On also announced that they will be providing a free shuttle from Shady Grove Metro to Montgomery College Germantown.

The shuttle will run every 15 minutes from 8am-5pm.  You still need to register for an appointment to receive the vaccine, they are not offering walk-in appointments.

Marylanders in Phase 1, 2A and 2B can now pre-register by visiting covidvax.maryland.gov or calling 1-855-MD-GOVAX. After you register you will be notified once you are able to schedule an appointment. The site reminds you that due to limited supply of vaccines, it may take months before everyone will be eligible to be vaccinated.
