Sardi’s Smokehouse is now serving in Olney.
Earlier this month Sardi’s Taphouse in Olney (3418 Olney Laytonsville Road) opened up the taphouse side as Sardi’s Smokehouse and is now serving fresh cuts of smoked meat.
In addition to smoked brisket, burnt ends, and even a Texas cheesesteak (beef brisket burnt ends, nacho cheese, onions & jalapeño on a Amoroso bun), they’ve kept some of your favorite menu items like nachos, empanadas, and more. The full menu is available below.
They’ve hired pitmaster Jon Thompson to run the show. He has experience with barbecue from his time at Red Hot & Blue and is a veteran of the restaurant industry.
