The Potomac estate formerly owned by Dan and Tanya Snyder has sold at auction for $13.3 million, nearly 36 million less than originally listed for, according to a report by Biz Journals.
Joy By Seven Reasons will close its Chevy Chase location, ending its run after a little more than three years in Montgomery County. A representative from the restaurant confirmed that the final day of service will be Sunday, December 21, during a phone call on Friday afternoon.
