The former Six Flags America amusement park site in Upper Marlboro is officially on the market, following the park’s permanent closure earlier this month. A flyer shared by Amusement Insider on Facebook shows that CBRE, a global real estate firm, is now marketing the 515-acre property as a major redevelopment opportunity.

Maryland Attorney General Anthony Brown and Prince George’s County filed a lawsuit against the Trump administration, alleging it unlawfully abandoned the congressionally approved Greenbelt site for the new FBI headquarters and attempted to redirect more than $1 billion in funding to Washington, D.C.’s Ronald Reagan Building.
