Last night, the Maryland Car Rally Task Force, in collaboration with state police and local law enforcement, dismantled eleven illegal exhibition driving events across Baltimore, Prince George’s, and Anne Arundel counties, resulting in seven arrests, the recovery of a stolen vehicle, and the seizure of an illegal firearm. Maryland Attorney General Anthony G. Brown has announced that former dentist Seyed Hamid Tofigh, who previously defrauded the Medicaid program and practiced dentistry without a license, was sentenced to 18 months in jail for violating his probation by attempting to return to dentistry using a fake license and leaving home detention without approval.
