The winter weather has moved out of the area with most places in the DC Metro area either on the lower end or below most projections in terms of snowfall. Northern areas, like some places in Frederick and Carroll counties did see amounts on the higher end (up to 5.5 inches in upper Frederick County), but Montgomery County saw totals between a half inch and 2.5 inches. As of 9am Saturday morning, the warning area nearby includes Frederick County, Carroll County, and a portion of Loudoun County. The Watch area inckudes Northwest Montgomery County (including areas like Germantown, Poolesville, Clarksburg, Damascus).
