Annapolis-based Mason’s Famous Lobster Rolls has opened its first Montgomery County location in the space that recently the temporary home of Locally Crafted, and previously home to Joseph A. Bank, at 201A Boardwalk Place in Gaithersburg’s Rio Lakefront.
With Han Spot and Mason’s Famous Lobster Rolls now open, Rio Lakefront is looking to fill a couple more spaces in order to be fully leased. We learned today that Koi Sushi will be taking the vacant space between Chipotle and Mason’s Famous Lobster Rolls.
In June 2023 we let you know that the owners of The Lube Center on Fields Rd. in Gaithersburg were looking to open a car wash in the space that was home to Ziki Japanese Steakhouse until 2020. A little over a year later, WLR Automotive Group has requested schematic development plan approval for an approximately 5,106 square-foot car wash facility.
