Montgomery County Police have arrested and charged 65-year-old Alfredo Belbusti of Olney in connection with a road rage shooting that occurred on April 7.

A Monday night fire at the Turnberry Court Apartments in Leisure World was quickly contained thanks to the building’s sprinkler system, according to MCFRS chief spokesperson Pete Piringer.

According to the Montgomery County State’s Attorney’s Office, “Today in the Circuit Court for Montgomery County, MD, the Honorable Sharon Burrell sentenced defendant Neel Patel, 24, of Carol Stream, IL, to 20 years in prison suspending all but 18 months to serve and five years of supervised probation upon release.
