Ledo Pizza has been a staple in Maryland since the original Ledo Restaurant opened in Adelphi , MDN(Prince George’s County) in 1955. They are one of the first restaurants to introduce what we call “Maryland Style Pizza” to the area and recently they made a fun post on social media reminding customers that there’s no S in their name. Nearly 2,000 customers, some who have called the restaurant “Ledo’s” for years, responded on the original post and we have some of the most reacted to comments below:

Friday night at Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium, the Quince Orchard Cougars stood tall once again, defeating the Wise Pumas 24-13 in the Maryland Class 4A state championship. The victory marked Quince Orchard’s third title in four years, a fitting redemption after last year’s unexpected playoff exit.

Comptroller Brooke E. Lierman announced today that Maryland collected over $18 million in adult-use cannabis sales tax revenue between July and September 2024, an 18% decline from the previous quarter, with funds allocated to public health, community reinvestment, business assistance, and the state’s General Fund as part of the Cannabis Reform Act of 2023. The Maryland Home Builder Guaranty Fund, administered by Attorney General Anthony G. Brown’s Consumer Protection Division, paid over $1.4 million to buyers of new homes over the past five years to address losses caused by registered home builders, including incomplete construction and failure to meet standards. A Maryland court upheld a Final Order against Finish Werks Corp., its owner William Karl “Harris” Woodward, and related companies for over 800 violations of state consumer protection laws, requiring them to pay more than $955,000 in restitution and penalties and cease homebuilding activities unless a $700,000 bond is posted.
