According to the Montgomery County State’s Attorney’s Office, “A Montgomery County Grand Jury has indicted 23-year-old Byron Bautista Turcios, 23, of Beltsville, MD, on charges stemming from a fatal collision that killed 19-year-old Amelia Nicole Hobart of Poolesville.
