A second teen has been charged as an adult with first-degree murder for his alleged involvement in the May 2024 shooting deaths of D’Andre Wint and Quincy Johnson in Nolte Local Park in Silver Spring. Update: According to Montgomery County Police, “The investigation has revealed that a vehicle collided with a wooden light pole. A 17-year-old female sustained life-threatening injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene. Two 17-year-old occupants, a male and a female, have been transported to an area hospital in critical condition.”
