Montgomery County’s FY25 procurement reports show a record $274 million awarded to certified Minority, Female, and Disabled-owned businesses, representing 21.21% of eligible spending, and $133 million awarded to Local Small Business Reserve Program vendors, or 33.7% of eligible spending, the highest share since the program began.
