Montgomery County Executive Marc Elrich will hold six Community Conversations from March through May to discuss long-term priorities and the Fiscal Year 2027 Capital Improvements Program budget. The Montgomery County Animal Services and Adoption Center in Derwood is hosting a free “Find Your Lucky Pup” adoption event for all dogs from March 14 to March 17 to help alleviate overcrowding at the shelter.
