Montgomery County’s Victim Assistance and Sexual Assault Program (VASAP), which is part of the County’s Department of Health and Human Services, is seeking volunteers to assist victims of sexual assault and domestic violence and their families. Per MCPD: “Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – 4th District Investigative Section are investigating a residential burglary that occurred on Friday, January 26, 2024, at approximately 10:52 a.m., in the 2000 block of University Blvd in Wheaton. Detectives have released surveillance video of the suspect and are asking for the public’s assistance in identifying him.
