The Backyard BOB, a mobile brick oven bistro based in Boyds, has officially closed its food truck operations. The concept began as a dream of owner Bob McMahon, who wanted to create a small pizza-focused catering business for neighborhood and private events. Sixty Vines, the restaurant brand known for its wine-on-tap system and vineyard-inspired dining, will officially open its first Maryland location on Monday, October 13th at 212 Ellington Boulevard in Downtown Crown, Gaithersburg (sneak peek video below). The restaurant will be located in the space previously occupied by Old Town Pour House.
