As you may have been able to tell, one of our editors is on vacation at one of the most popular beach destinations for those in our area. After years of visits and savoring countless slices from different restaurants at every hour, we believe Trattoria Lombardi’s offers Ocean City’s best pizza– or at least, our favorite. The restaurant is located between 92nd and 93rd Streets (but known as Lombardi’s 94th St.) on Coastal Highway in Ocean City, Maryland, has been a staple for Italian cuisine and pizza since 1962. The Montgomery County Department of Transportation (MCDOT) will hold a public open house on June 18 at Walter Johnson High School to present the North Bethesda Flash Bus Rapid Transit Planning Study and gather community input on proposed transit improvements between Westfield Montgomery Mall and the North Bethesda Metro Station.

According to its social media post, the Blair High School branch of Students FAIR (Students For Asylum and Immigration Reform)– Montgomery County student-run organization that advocates for, organizes, and fights for the rights of Maryland immigrant youth and families– has organized a walkout following the deportation of a classmate.
