County Executive Marc Elrich condemned recent remarks made by Maryland Delegates Mark Fisher and Brian Chisholm toward Delegate Chao Wu, calling the comments “garbage” and accusing the lawmakers of unfairly questioning Wu’s loyalty because of his background and accent.
