The City of Rockville will celebrate Independence Day on Saturday, July 4, with its annual fireworks and live music event at Mattie J.T. Stepanek Park in the King Farm community. A 21-year-old Germantown man is wanted in Pennsylvania after being accused of selling counterfeit trading cards for $15,000.
