Former National Security Advisor John Bolton, a Bethesda resident, pleaded guilty Friday in U.S. District Court in Maryland to one count of retaining national defense information, resolving all 18 counts that had been filed against him, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Maryland.
