The Montgomery County Police Department (MCPD) is investigating a commercial burglary that occurred on Friday, October 4, 2024, at The Red Rooster restaurant in the 10000 block of Damascus Boulevard. A new urgent care facility, Innovative Urgent Care, is coming to 9809 Main St. in the space that was home to Pet Valu in the Damascus Center until late 2020. A $500K permit has been issued for the interior work to begin.
