The horse has been reunited with its owners and is unharmed, per an update on various Lost Pets groups.

The Montgomery County Police Department (MCPD) 5th District officers responded to a collision involving a vehicle and a horse in the 25000 block of Burnt Hill Road in Clarksburg on Friday afternoon and report that the horse ran off and may be injured. Three-year-old Gracelyn, a Montgomery County native from Clarksburg and proud “third-generation MoCo girl,” has advanced to the quarterfinals of the national “Toddler of the Year” competition. The contest, which celebrates children’s personalities and stories, also raises money for Toys for Tots, a nonprofit that delivers holiday gifts to children in need.

The Rosner family invites the community back to Little Bennett Golf Course on Friday, September 19, 2025, for the 4th annual Justin’s Hole-in-One Golf Tournament, a heartfelt event benefiting the music therapy program at INOVA Children’s Hospital’s Pediatric Oncology unit. Hosted in memory of their son, Justin Alexander Rosner, the tournament raises essential funds for a cause that means the world to the family, and to young children undergoing cancer treatment.
