Montgomery Parks has been awarded a $900,000 grant from the Federal Transportation Alternatives Program (TAP) to design the extension of the Magruder Branch Trail into downtown Damascus.

The Montgomery County Police Department (MCPD) has issued a traffic advisory in Germantown for a “traffic collision has Wisteria Drive closed at Misty Meadow Terrace. Drivers are advised to seek an alternate route.”
