Several Apartment Buildings Flooded in Rockville, One Person Has Died and Two are Unaccounted For
Residents of Congressional Towers and Rock Creek Woods Apartments were evacuated this morning due to flooding caused by heavy rain overnight.
There are several local roads currently closed in Montgomery County due to flooding. They include:
The city closed Gibbs Street in Rockville Town Square in June 2020 to accommodate outdoor dining. On Thursday, September 9th, the City of Rockville will hold a virtual public meeting to discuss the future use of Town Center streets.
