The event will include updates and information about MCPS’s commitment to health-related safety, psychological safety, and physical safety. Caregivers and students will have opportunities to learn about resources, hear from a panel of experts and community partners, ask questions, and provide feedback.
Westfield Wheaton Mall (11160 Veirs Mill Rd) is hosting a Pet Night with Santa tonight from 4-7pm. The event is for dogs and cats only, and pets must be leashed or caged.

There will be a food distribution event today, November 24, between 1-2:30pm at 19001 Watkins Mill Rd in Montgomery Village.
They ask that you please remain in your vehicle while groceries are being delivered.

For the 23rd season, Garden of Lights will transform Brookside Gardens into a magical winter wonderland, with twinkling lights and glimmering displays decorating paths and flowerbeds throughout the 50-acre site in Wheaton.
Children & adults alike will delight in meeting Santa, Frosty the Snowman, Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer, Winnie the Pooh, and other storybook characters. Be sure to bring your camera to capture memorable holiday photos. Meet animal characters who benefit from clean streams, pose for pictures with the City’s newly painted snowplows and a beautifully decorated police car, write a letter to Santa, sing along to holiday songs with the Gaithersburg High School Band, and enjoy exhibits of diverse decorations and traditions.
