Overturned Vehicle at Northwest High School in Germantown
A vehicle was driven into a tree and flipped over earlier today at Northwest High School in Germantown.

A utility pole has fallen onto the power lines on Nicholson Lane in Rockville in front of Far East Restaurant after a vehicle struck the pole late last night causing a vehicle fire.
The driver was evaluated and refused transportation. The pole was sheared in half and a wheel from the vehicle ended up in a nearby Pizza Hut.

The fire alarm rang when there was smoke on the 17th floor of The Wisconsin condominiums on Nicholson Lane in Rockville this morning.
A tree fell on top of a moving vehicle on Westlake Drive near Tuckerman in Bethesda this morning.
MCFRS responded and transported one adult with non-life threatening injuries. The tree was also removed from the roadway.
Outbound Red Line train derailment at the Silver Spring Metro Station. No serious injuries.

A Potomac family heard a loud bang and subsequent pop late last night before smelling smoke and seeing it come out of the mud room next to their garage.
A fire last night caused about $1 million in damages and displaced a Kensington family, who was all able to get out safely.
