Fire at Unique Thrift Shop, No Injuries

Update: The incident is being investigated as arson. There was a fire at Unique Thrift Shop in the 12200 block of Veirs Mill Road around 1:30am this morning.

Several Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Service units arrived and found a fire involving several mattresses on fire against the building.

The fire was quickly put out and there were no injuries or major damage to the building since the fire was contained to the exterior.

Investigators were also on the scene shortly after the fire was put out.
