The Winter Weather Advisory remains in effect until 1am tomorrow morning.
The first flakes have started to fall, but prior to the storm starting the National Weather Service upped the projected totals for our area. Half of MoCo is now in the 3-4” range with the other half in the 2-3” range.
The advisory now calls for 2-4” inches with up to 6” in isolated spots.

Things are still expected to change to a wintry mix this evening, making for dangerous conditions. Late this evening into the night a changeover to all rain is expected as temperatures are expected to rise.
The rain and high winds should clear things up by early tomorrow morning, but power outages can occur.
