Update: Elmer Alexis Guzman Osorio has been located safe and unharmed.
Per MCPD: Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – Special Victims Investigations Division (SVID) are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing 12-year-old from Silver Spring. Elmer Alexis Guzman Osorio was last on Monday, December 26, 2022, at approximately 6 p.m., in the 1000 block of Quebec Ter.
Osorio is approximately 5-feet and weighs 110 pounds. He has short brown hair and green eyes and was last seen wearing a white t-shirt, grey sweatpants and black Crocs. Police and family are concerned for his welfare.
Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Elmer Alexis Guzman Osorio is asked to call the police non-emergency number at (301) 279-8000 (24-hour line) or the Special Victims Investigations Division at (240) 773-5400. Callers may remain anonymous.
