Community Meeting for Potential Clarksburg Chick-fil-A Set For January


A pre-submittal community meeting has been set to discuss the Site Plan Amendment No. 82014016C for the development of an approximate 6,350 square foot Chick-fil-A restaurant with drive-thru and associated parking.

The Project is being developed under the prior MXPD zone. Chick-fil-A is preparing to submit a proposal for the lot that is located between Cabin Branch Parkway and and the smaller upper lot at the Clarksburg Outlets. “The Property is part of the Site Plan area, which is currently zoned CRT-0.5, C-0.25, R-0.25, H-130T and has a net lot area of approximately 84.24 Ac.”
