The Washington Wizards have brought back the popular postgame concert series for the current season. The team is looking to provide a great time for fans who are enjoying the Wizards’ hot start, as the team is currently 11-5.

Earlier this month, the Wizards brought in local legends, Backyard Band, DC Vybe Band, DJ Ezzy, and TCB to perform following a game.


Bethesda

Condor Hospitality Trust, Inc. (NYSE American: CDOR) (the “Company”), a hotel-focused real estate investment trust (“REIT”) headquartered and incorporated in Bethesda, Maryland, today announced that it has completed the sale of the Company’s 15 hotels.

The sale of the hotels was completed pursuant to the previously announced Hotel Purchase and Sale Agreement, dated September 22, 2021, between the Company and B9 Cowboy Mezz A LLC, a Delaware limited liability company and an affiliate of Blackstone Inc. (the “Buyer”), in which the Company agreed to sell the hotels to Buyer and Buyer agreed to purchase the hotels for a purchase price of $305,000,000.

We’re about a month away from winter and the colder weather is starting to catch up. This week will start off with below average temperatures with today coming in close to average as highs will be near 50°. Rain is possible early on, but things will clear up in the afternoon.

Tuesday and Wednesday will be colder with temps in the mid 40s, but Thanksgiving day will bring above average temperatures with highs in the upper 50s.

The Montgomery County Department of Transportation’s (MCDOT) reminds residents that Federal guidelines continue to require riders to wear face coverings for the duration of their trips when traveling by public transportation.

The regulation covers County Ride On buses, Ride On extRa, Flash, Metrobus, Metrorail and when taking taxis or on-demand car services.

WUSA9 meteorologists released their Winter Weather Forecast for the upcoming 2021-2022 winter.

WUSA writes that we have a 70% chance of a weak La Niña. This means the jet stream and severe weather are likely to be farther north, while weather is the south is warmer than usual. We usually have below average snowfall and above average temperatures during La Niña winters.
