8am update from Montgomery County Emergency Management: All travel lanes have reopened on the Inner Loop I-495 prior to Exit 31 for Georgia Ave (MD-97). Residual delays remain.
Multiple collisions on I-495 have shut down the inner loop of the beltway, prior to Exit 31 (Georgia Avenue).
Earlier this week, Washington Football Team President Jason Wright announced that the team has narrowed the search for a new name down to three options.
