I have heard from many residents that oppose the construction of the industrial looking structure. GOCA (Greater Olney Civic Association) has also sent a letter to Senators Roger Manno and Craig Zucker opposing the construction of the tower.m, citing the negative visual impact to everyone living in the Olney area.

Cardio tends to be one of those exercises that people usein excess. It doesn’t burn as much energy as you think it may. Not only that, but performing cardio can make it easy to eat back all the calories that you burned. How can that be possible? Simple.

When you are dieting your body learns to burn less and less calories as you drop in weight. Why? It wants to maintain homeostasis (keep things constant despite external changes)
When this happens, it makes it harder and harder to burn more calories. Your body WANTS to eat more, hence why you feel more hungry.

Their new location, 13015 Wisteria Dr., is now open. It contains 7 tables and 34 seats to dine-in, but is still awaiting fountain drinks (they have bottles for now).

The flyer at the restaurant still features the old address, but their phone number remains the same (301)528-5600.
