The Montgomery County Police Department (MCPD) is urging residents to plan ahead and avoid driving under the influence of alcohol or cannabis during the holiday season. Bethesda

The Montgomery County Police Department (MCPD) responded to a dog attack on Heather Hill Road in Bethesda on Wednesday, December 18, where two dogs attacked and killed a victim dog, injured two women intervening, and one attacking dog was shot by officers after charging at them.
