At approximately 6:34 pm, the Montgomery County Police Department responded to the 2700 block of Spartan Road for the report of a shooting that had just occurred. The preliminarily investigation has revealed that the shooting stemmed from an altercation that occurred in the parking lot of Brooke Grove Elementary School.
