A Montgomery County man won $450,000 in the January 17 Bonus Match 5 drawing after repeatedly playing the same set of numbers across nine combinations. Lottery officials said the winner plans to use the prize to fund his grandchildren’s college education, and the Clarksburg retailer that sold the ticket will receive a bonus for the sale.
