The Montgomery County Police Department (MCPD) has arrested 37-year-old Wilmer Alvarado-Gomez of Rockville for sexually assaulting a child and is concerned there may be additional victims. He has been charged with multiple counts of second-degree rape and is being held without bond. (more…)
