Get fit and learn new skills in 2020 with STB Training Center – A Muay Thai/Boxing gym in Gaithersburg!

STB Training Center offers the following classes at both of their locations (Gaithersburg and Lorton):
Muay Thai/Kickboxing for kids (ages 6-12). Our fun kid’s program uses martial arts to help them to develop discipline, focus, respect, coordination, and strength. As we look for all our students to develop fundamental and technical techniques during each class, we also give them life lessons for the outside world. Your children will learn Muay Thai, Boxing, self-discipline, and anti-bullying techniques. Safety is our top priority and proper control and use protective gear is emphasized during training.

Muay Thai for teens and adults (ages 13+). STB’s Muay Thai classes will teach beginner and intermediate students a variety of strike and kick combinations using their elbows, fists, and knees in a fun and supportive atmosphere. Each class is unique and you will be so busy learning new skills that you will not notice the amount of calories that you are burning. Again, safety is our top priority and proper control and use protective gear is emphasized during training.

Fitness for adults – In this class, you will be incorporating many different cardio exercises that will have your muscles, heart, and lungs thanking you later. Each class will challenge your body to improve your strength, power, and speed. Whether you would like to get fit, lean, or train for a fight, our classes will help you to meet your goals.

Emilio and his staff are also available for personal training sessions that include Muay Thai, Boxing, and fitness. They will individualize your sessions to help you to reach your personal goals.

Emilio Gonzalez, owner of STB Training Center in Lorton, VA has opened his second Muay Thai/Boxing training center at 8945 N. Westland Drive Suite 101 in Gaithersburg (across from Goodwill).
