The Montgomery County Police Department (MCPD) has charged 31-year-old Darrel David Nixon of Silver Spring with involuntary manslaughter in connection with a February assault outside a Bethesda lounge that led to the death of 44-year-old Morgan Andrew Hippchen Stone.
Yongxian Huang, 24, of Brooklyn, NY, pleaded guilty in Montgomery County Circuit Court to conspiracy to commit theft, attempted theft, and theft over $100. The plea was entered on June 23, 2025, and Huang faces up to 10 years and 6 months in prison, with sentencing scheduled for July 11. (more…)
