Pennsylvania State Police are searching for a Maryland man wanted in connection to a carjacking and theft. Kenneth Crider, of Poolesville, Maryland, is facing charges of robbery, theft, and receiving stolen property.
A third suspect has been charged with first-degree murder and conspiracy in connection to the November 2023 shooting death of 20-year-old Orlando Alexander Satz, Jr., who was found with gunshot wounds after crashing his car into a parked vehicle on Spruell Drive in Silver Spring. (more…)
During the month of September 2024, Frederick County’s INTERCEPT Task Force (Inter-agency Child Exploitation and Persons Trafficking) organized a multi-agency initiative aimed at combating the sexual solicitation of minors. The organized effort included participation from the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and the Montgomery County Police Department. “This joint effort is part of an ongoing commitment to protect our community from child predators.” Three Maryland men, including one man from Clarksburg, were arrested and charged.
