Hyper Kidz Rockville, a new beach-themed indoor playground for kids at 7301 Calhoun Pl. #400, will hold its grand opening on Saturday, December 14. Hyper Kidz is located next to the old True Respite location in what’s technically Derwood, but often considered Rockville.

Owner Daniel Amaguana reports that the response has been overwhelmingly positive, with participants enthusiastic about the valuable skills they are learning. ‘Find Your Boo:’ MoCo Animal Services and Adoption Center to Hold Fee-Waived Adoption Event for Dogs
The Montgomery County Animal Services & Adoption Center (7315 Muncaster Mill Rd, Derwood) is hosting a “Find Your Boo” fee-waived adoption event for all dogs from October 19th to 31st, allowing potential adopters to bring home a new pet with no fees and without an appointment.
