Springbrook High School is hosting a Family Forum on Mental Health & Substance Use Prevention from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 24.
The Montgomery County Department of Transportation’s (MCDOT) is seeking submissions for its annual “Heads Up, Phones Down” high school PSA video contest. There is an $800 grand prize for the winning video. Submissions are being accepted now through Feb. 29.
Construction on the new Burtonsville Elementary School is scheduled to begin later this year. The project has been awarded to Consigli Construction Co., Inc., who will work alongside MTFA Architecture.
