The 2024 Olympic Games have come to an end in Paris, and Montgomery County Public Schools (MCPS) has highlighted three former MCPS students who shined in this year’s games. More from MCPS below:
MCPS recently shared that graduates donned red, black, green, and blue gowns as they celebrated the conclusion of their high school journey. Over 100 MCPS students gathered on Tuesday at Wheaton High School for the summer school graduation ceremony.

Maryland came in ranked first in states with the best Community College system, with Montgomery College ranked #10 among all community colleges in the country and the highest in Maryland.

MCPS will join Baltimore City Public Schools and Washington County Public Schools as school districts that will pilot girls’ flag football during the Fall 2024 season, joining Frederick County Public Schools, which successfully piloted girls’ flag last year.
