Sunday night was filled with laughter, gasps, and outright amazement as Maximum Magic Shop (currently located in Potomac) put on an unforgettable show at Give a Hoot Comedy Club in Gaithersburg. The event featured a lineup of local magicians from across the DMV area, leaving the audience thoroughly entertained and, for a couple attendees, literally hypnotized (video below).

The City of Gaithersburg and the Gaithersburg–Washington Grove Fire Department are set to celebrate the unofficial end of summer with the highly anticipated 87th Annual Labor Day Parade on Monday, September 1, 2025, at 10am. This year, the parade will be emceed by our very own Alex Tsironis, the founder of The MoCo Show. Leading the procession as Grand Marshal will be John Bauer, who serves as the Chair of the Gaithersburg Planning Commission and has been named the 2025 Distinguished Resident.
