The Montgomery County Department of Transportation (MCDOT) will begin the Brink Road Bridge Project, which spans Seneca Creek, for resurfacing work beginning at 6 a.m. on Friday, July 25. The project is scheduled to take four days to complete, weather and operational conditions permitting.

The City of Gaithersburg is continuing its work on updating the Master Plan. The next effort is called Build Gaithersburg 2040, which will be revising both the Land Use and Transportation Elements, looking out to 2040. Both plans were last updated in 2011 and 2010 respectively. The City of Gaithersburg has posted its second survey for residents to provide feedback.
