Attorney General Anthony G. Governor Wes Moore announced $4 million in new funding through Maryland’s Road to Careers program to expand workforce training in the state’s transportation and construction sectors. The initiative, a $24 million partnership between the Maryland Department of Labor and the Maryland Department of Transportation, supports apprenticeship opportunities and provides services such as childcare, transportation, and mental health resources to help participants complete training and secure employment.
